The owners of the “Sail House” have created a wonderful example of QUALITY accommodation while still retaining a relaxed, holiday atmosphere.

· All linen is supplied, except towels. Please bring bath towels.
· Fully equipped, new kitchen, including microwave.
· Initial stock of dishwashing liquid, spray cleaner, sponge & scourer are supplied.
· Lounge room with T.V., Video/DVD, Stereo, CD Player. Reverse-cycle air conditioner.
· Master bedroom has Queen Size Bed. 2nd bedroom has Queen Size Bed
· 3rd bedroom has a trio-bed (double bed with a single bed on the top)
· Bathroom with toilet, plus 2nd separate toilet.
· Ocean glimpses from the large deck & even better views from the “viewing platform”.
· Gas B.B.Q. & outdoor furniture on deck.
· Hot & Cold outdoor shower.
· Large, fully fenced yard with driveway gate.
· Internet Access by prior arrangement.

Notes from owner;
* The outdoor speakers are switched from a sneaky switch just to the left of the TV
* Please check the gas hot water system is turned on and up when you arrive - unless you like cold showers
* If you run out of gas change to the spare bottle and please let Kate & Kim know
* The garden is watered from a bore, including the driveway. The timer can be switched off (grey box on the wall in the Laundry, switch inside the box on the bottom), move the switch to the left position - please turn it back on when you leave.
